| I really don't find that charging at the end of the day is that big of a deal, though. If anything, it's easier than the last flip-phone I had; that one could run 3 or 4 days on a charge, so I had to always monitor it to figure out when to charge it, and sometimes run out of battery if I wasn't diligent enough. with the iPhone, I'm in a routine -- just plug it in every night. |

My mamma talk'in to me, try'in to tell me how to livebut I don't listen to her cause my head is like a sieve. My daddy, he disowned me cause I wear my sister's clothes,He caught me in the bathroom in a pair of pantyhose. My basketball coach, he done kicked me off the team, for wearing high heeled sneakers and acting like a queen. The world's comin to an end, I don't even care!as long as I can have a limo and my orange hair. And it don't bother me if people think I'm funny, cause I'm a big rock star and I'm making lots of money.Money, Money Money, Money! MONEY!! MONEY!!! AHHHhhhhhh-Hahahaha........

I'm worried that when AT&T comes out with tethering it will cost the same. I really wish they'd offer a "light" tethering plan since I'd only use it a few times a month, if that... no way I can justify $30/month..
@OrbitalI acknowledge that these three little guys are less than a "gnat on the back of a bull" in terms of impact to Apple's bottom line, but Apple rose from nearly-complete failure on the backs of some very fundamental principles that has users giving them a shot, even in a down economy. Those principals are the composition of Apple culture: scenario-focused software, great industrial design, and some pretty specific beliefs about the user-experience. That culture is guided by Apple, and developers like RA are a great representation of what that type of following is yielded by Apple's efforts. The departure of these developers is not the cause, but the effect. If Apple were to fall, it wouldn't be because RA, Hewitt, et al left. It would be because Apple culture no longer cultivated great software developers.!

Because each time they try building refineries, the west cuts off the gas that gets sent to Iran, completely crippling their economy. The citizens riot, put pressure onto the government and it complies with the West. Iran has a huge share of natural resources. If allowed to trade freely, it would compete with Saudi's and with the petrodollar, by selling its oil reserve currency. It would feed China and Japan directly, without sharing profits with the rest of OPEC. It's been part of a 100-year old Western geopolitical campaign - keeping oil producers in check though bribes, threats and sanctions. Saudi's took bribes. Saddam had to be eliminated, because he did, but then turned his back on the US and invaded Kuwait using weapons that were given to him for fighting the Soviet Union. Iran's stance is similar to that of Iraq, but it's a bigger more powerful country. It is also allied with Russia, from which it receives weapons, so it cannot be threatened into submission easily. The only option remaining is leverage though economic sanctioning. Nuclear energy in the hands of Iran is as dangerous to the Western world as an internal refining capacity. It eliminates a pressure point and cuts out the middle man profiting from the petrodollar oil trade. It eats into Saudi's market share. So as far as the West is concerned, there'll be none of that. The geopolitical game hasn't really changed at all in the last century. It's always been about controlling oil producers and leveraging consumers by denying them access to the resource. Oil controls everything, and Iran has some of the world's biggest reserves.

QuickMonth Calendar is my favorite time saving PowerToy. "QuickMonth Calendar is a freeware program which displays a small calendar on your Windows desktop whenever your mouse hovers over the clock in the system tray." In other words, no more right clicking and selecting Adjust Date/Time just to see a full calendar. Works on XP, Vista, and Win7.http://www.codedawn.com/quickmonth-calendar-downlo ...
